- Bank or Building Society Statement- Dated with 3 months. Must include name, address, account number and show recent activity
- UK Mortgage statementDated within 12 months. Must show name, address and account number.
- Utility BillDated within 6 months E.g. Gas, electricity, water. Must show name. address for service and/or account number.
- Council TaxDated within 12 months. Must show name, address for service and/or account number.
- HMRC Tax NotificationDated with 6 months. Must state name, address, national insurance number and tax calculation. No general correspondence.
LIST C – PROOF OF OWNERSHIP
- Home Buildings Insurance CertificateDated within 12 months. Must state name and insured address or registered address for home and policy number.
- UK solicitors letter confirming house purchase/land registrationDated with 3 months. Must state full name of new proprietor and full property address.
- UK Mortgage statementDated within 12 months. Must name, address and show account number.
If you are acting as a Representative of an Estate, we require the following:
- Grant of Probate – if a will was left
- Letter of administration – if no will left
- Individual identity evidence from List A & Bfor the Personal Representative, either executor or administrator
If you are acting as a Representative of a UK Company, we will also require the following:

- Articles of Association
